Finally, I had a chance to stop in here for a bite. This is one of those small business gems that brings you joy when you realize it's in your neighborhood. Ordered from the deli side. Customer service was helpful and kind. They were nice enough to bring my order out, so my pup and I could enjoy their patio. Price made me pause, but when you see the generous servings and quality of the meal, I won't hesitate to return. The reuben lasted me two meals, and my pup approved of their french fries. Look forward to trying more on the menu.

First time here for Late breakfast early lunch so we got both, it was a lot of food and very yummy. The table next to us got half soup half sandwiches, they need warning labels, those sandwiches are huge! Dessert available at the deli, staff very friendly. Prices are very reasonable, they just change ownership according to our waitress but the food remains the same. We will be back.

We had the best lunch we have had in Vegas since we moved here 6 months ago. The sandwiches are incredible just like a true New York Delicatessen and so are the bagels. We walked in and felt like we were at home immediately and we are not from new york. The atmosphere is amazing so welcoming and comfortable. But the sandwiches oh my gosh they are so unbelievably big and delicious. We had the reuben and debated getting a half or whole sandwich but we decided to get the whole even though it seems pricey but I think we got three meals out of it at the end so it turns out to be a relatively good deal definitely worth the money. The bread is homemade fresh everyday and the meat is cooked in the restaurant every day. Even the iced tea was brewed fresh multiple times throughout the day. They did not cut any corners and you could tell in the quality of the food. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu, explained everything, and answered all our questions. We could not have had a better experience and will definitely return and can't wait to try the breakfast menu

A true gem. If you want to have amazing food that feels homemade AND you want an entire staff that feels like family, then you must visit this deli. It brings a taste of the east coast diners to the desert and they work hard to create the freshest and tastiest dishes. So many amazing options to choose from and you truly won’t find better service. Will be back on my next trip to Vegas!

The best New York style deli I have ever been to. Matzo Ball soup is a must comes with large chunks of chicken. Pastrami was moist, little fat with great flavor.

We happened on this deli by chance and what a pleasant surprise. If you are looking for the sleek and sterile environment this is not the place for you. The deli maintains the old New Your deli character. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. But most importantly, the food was really good and the portions were generous. We were very happy with our experience.

Please read, it will be worth your time... Few things in life are genuine, honest and just plain good. The newly transformed Fischer’s Delicatessen is all the above and more. I say “transformed” with a bit of tongue in cheek because luckily the “transformation” is mostly cosmetic. The history of the former, (Weiss Deli, Samuel's Deli) is long and steeped with tradition. The new owners, Andrea and Tony Fischer, know how to not mess with a good thing when it comes to the food and pricing. Let’s just say the authentic tastes coming from the kitchen are very inspired and worthy of my highest praise. Think about all the recent brunch only style restaurants that have opened in Las Vegas as of late. Think about how uninspired and corporate driven the menu is. Not so at the king of all Vegas Deli’s; The Fischer’s have knocked this one clean outta here! What exactly is being done for the changeover? -The absolute refusal to change what is arguably the best deli style fare west of the Rockies. -The cosmetics are simply updating a somewhat dated interior for the better. Adding Wifi for the Z generation, (although most patrons still believe it’s 1990 and actually prefer talking to each other.) -Staffing requirements changes to really enhance customer service, *and it shows. The food: I ordered the open face Reuben and opting for the pastrami vs the corned beef coupled with the homemade potato salad, *most all food is made in-house. My wife ordered the cheesesteak sandwich and coleslaw. The portions were surprisingly huge, (*see attached pictures.) It is unusual to have both portion size and quality flavor profiles all in the same dish but yet they pulled it off at Fischer’s Deli. I was based in New York for quite some time and am overly critical of any west coast restaurants touting real "New York style" deli. Fischer’s Delicatessen only differs in the huge portions but is as good or better than most of the prized Deli’s in New York. The staff was welcoming and always efficient and all the while smiling, (unusual in busy Las Vegas.) I talked at length with Co-owner Andrea Fischer and she was honest and showed a truly deep concern about maintaining the food standard that the former Weiss menu is famous for. I did get to talk to Tony Fischer recently as he was busy planning to update the interior with his Contractor. the small changes are welcome and needed and will complete this hard earned reputation without disrupting the food or pricing. Summary: The food speaks for itself. This is evident from the team of hard working in-house dedicated Bakers to the Manager to the owners and the outstanding Chef’s and Wait-staff. If you want an all too acceptable standard brunch fare, then there are many restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas. If you want an epicurean episode that will amaze you in every way, then you owe it to yourself to drive to Fischer’s Delicatessen.

A brief visit to Fisher's Deli reveals a cherished neighborhood gem that has gracefully transformed from the legacy of Weiss Deli into a modern culinary classic. This establishment pays homage to its rich history while fostering a vibrant community spirit. Under the passionate stewardship of Tony Fisher and Andrea Eppolito, the Deli’s menu remains steadfastly traditional, preserving the robust flavors that generations have come to love. This Deli radiates an unpretentious charm that envelops visitors like a warm embrace. My midday respite was made all the more delightful by indulging in "The Reuben," a meticulously crafted sandwich that each layered component—from the succulently tender corned beef to the zesty Russian dressing—harmonizes flawlessly. Reviews across various platforms reverberate with admiration, celebrating Fisher's Reuben as one of the finest in the Las Vegas Valley. ## Ambiance & Atmosphere Upon entering this culinary haven, you are greeted by a cozy, unpretentious décor that draws inspiration from classic New York-style delis—featuring polished wood accents and the inviting aroma of freshly baked rye bread wafting through the air. The open kitchen design invites patrons to witness the artistry of the skilled slicers and steamers, reinforcing the Deli's ethos of transparency and community connection. Whether snatching a quick lunch or indulging in leisurely conversation, the atmosphere is consistently warm and welcoming, encouraging you to stay awhile. The Reuben: A Masterpiece "The Reuben" arrives as it has for decades: a masterpiece of layers—tender corned beef (or pastrami, for those who prefer) harmoniously coexisting with a generous helping of zesty sauerkraut, all topped with a luscious crown of Swiss cheese, nestled between two perfectly grilled slices of marble rye. A final drizzle of Russian dressing—neither too sweet nor overpowering—unites the components into a seamless culinary experience. This sandwich transcends its elements, showcasing a flawless balance: richness tempered by a bright acidity and creaminess cut with a subtle smokiness. Patrons have hailed it a "must-try" and rightfully declare it one of the best Reubens in the entire region. Service & Hospitality The service at Fisher's Deli is characterized by genuine warmth and attentive hospitality. The staff warmly greets regulars by name while offering newcomers friendly expertise. Tony Fisher often mingles among tables, engaging in casual conversation—a testament to the fact that this isn't merely a business but a cornerstone of the local community. Orders are completed with reassuring promptness, ensuring that the next slice of Reuben is never far away. Conclusion In an era dominated by fleeting culinary trends, Fisher's Deli is a beacon of deli tradition, where every bite pays tribute to decades of honed expertise. My lunch morphed into a timeless ritual—an experience marked not just by satisfaction but by a profound appreciation for the art of the sandwich. Whether you seek solace in familiar flavors or the excitement of perfectly crafted contrasts, Fisher's Reuben guarantees an unforgettable culinary journey
